What ACE Is

For a lot of agents, the hardest part of an advanced opportunity isn't spotting it. It's knowing how to start the conversation, structure the case, or get to the right expertise. That's the gap ACE is built to close.

ACE connects you with selected and qualified specialists who provide advanced case support in areas like insurance, investment planning, tax related strategies, high net worth planning, and business owner or corporate cases.
What Every ACE Agrees To

Every ACE signs a formal commitment to a strict code of conduct before earning the designation. That includes:

- Acting with professionalism, sound judgment, and a high standard of care on every case
- Never soliciting or accepting future business from a client, prospect, or referral introduced through an ACE opportunity, without your written consent
- Respecting you as the relationship owner, and never taking action to interfere with or weaken that relationship
- Using any case information shared with them only to support the opportunity at hand
- Upholding ongoing training and program standards to maintain their ACE status

If an ACE doesn't meet these standards, they can lose their designation. You're never taking a risk on someone's word alone.

Why Experior Built This

ACE is part of a bigger commitment to developing our field, raising the bar on how complex cases get handled, and building stronger relationships with the carrier partners and specialists who make advanced planning possible. When our agents are equipped to take on bigger opportunities well, our clients are better served and our reputation grows with it.

ACE is about more than advanced cases. It's about strengthening our agents, better serving consumers, and helping shape the future of Experior.
What It Costs You

ACE cases are split 50/50 by default. That can change if you and your ACE agree to different terms in writing, and Experior reserves the right to adjust compensation arrangements where needed. Either way, you'll know the terms before any case work starts.

The split covers solutions your ACE helped document, along with related referrals that come out of those discussions, for up to 12 months after your most recent ACE meeting. That way, the arrangement stays fair for both of you even if the case takes time to close.
